Booking Policy

To avoid disappointment, we recommend that you book ahead.

We understand that sometimes it is necessary to change your booking, please advise with a phone call only. Your booking is allocated for your use only.

Out of consideration for other clients who may have missed out on a booking, we kindly ask you to provide a minimum of 2 working days’ notice if you wish to change or cancel your appointment.

If you have a couples booking or group booking, we ask for at least 3 days notice if you wish to change or cancel your appointment.

If only 1 day’s notice is given, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellation on the day or a ‘no show’ will be charged at the full price.

Payments are accepted by cash, EFTPOS, Mastercard and Visa. Once your booking is confirmed, your credit card details will be required to secure the appointment.

Please do not request changes to our policy as refusal may offend.

Your Appointment Booking is an acknowledgment of these conditions.

All credit card transactions incur a surcharge.

Due to an increase in Saturday wages for Beauty Therapists, a 10% surcharge will apply to Saturday bookings.

To ensure serenity at the spa, please turn off your mobile phone and keep noise to a minimum.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO THE SPA?
Wear whatever you feel comfortable in. Bathrobes, slippers and disposable spa wear are provided for your stay.

WHAT DO I WEAR DURING MY TREATMENT?
You can wear your own underwear, or we can provide you with hygienic, disposable briefs. Alternatively, treatment can be enjoyed without clothes.

Please choose what you are most comfortable with, our therapists will always use draping techniques to respect your privacy.

WHAT IF I’M LATE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
Arriving late will limit the time of your treatments.

We will finish your treatments at the end of your allocated booking time so that the next guest is not delayed.

However, if there is no guest following your booking, we will provide the full duration of your treatment time.

ARRIVAL TIME
Please do not arrive before your appointment time. We will not be able to attend to you, as we are with our other clients.

Our therapists will advise you before any treatment commences the services they feel are appropriate for you.

Please notify our therapists of any health concerns that may affect your treatment, so we can best provide for your needs.

These are a beautiful way to give someone special a blissful experience.

Gift vouchers for our in-spa services can be purchased from our website, or by phone or email. They will be posted to you the same day.

Gift Certificates are valid for 3 years.

Please book early for service bookings and allow 2-3 weeks for week day appointments. Please allow 4-6 weeks for Saturday appointments.

Gift Certificates, and purchases made using Gift Certificates, are non-refundable and non-returnable.

These spas are independently owned, and not part of Ibah Spa Austinmer, vouchers can only be used from the spa they were purchased from.

If you have a voucher from ibah Thirroul or Ibah Wollongong, they cannot be used at Ibah Spa Austinmer.

Vouchers purchased from Ibah Spa Austinmer cannot be used at IbahThirroul or Ibah Wollongong.
